Senior Voting Members [Limited to 430 Members]

Only these members are entitled to vote and have all privileges of the Club as defined by the Bylaws and the Board of Directors. Privileges are extended to spouse and dependent children. Senior Voting Members must be at least 21 years old.

Greens Fees and Cart Fees: No greens/trail fees. (Guests greens fees do apply.) Members are allowed to own their own carts, which must be registered at the Club. Cart storage and cart rentals are available.

Associate Members [Unlimited Number]

Age 21 through 29 years. These members have the same privileges as Senior Voting Members, except they have no right to vote. Upon reaching age 30, these members must convert to another classification of membership or the membership will be terminated.

Social Members [Unlimited Number]

Unlimited use of Club and pool facilities. No voting rights. Golfing privileges limited to one round per month, upon payment of greens fees. Not permitted to own or operate a personal golf cart.

Business Members [Limited to 50 Memberships]

Businesses must nominate at least two but no more than five individuals for membership. Businesses may designate one member who will have all the rights of a Senior Voting Member; all other members will have same privileges as Senior Non-Voting Members. Business representatives shall pay the same dues, minimum charges and assessments as the Senior Voting Member.

Businesses will be entitled to nominate persons for transfer as member representatives. Each member representative will be personally responsible for payment of representative’s own bond. Businesses will have to verify in writing the business affiliation of each of their member representatives. Businesses will be liable for any delinquent payments on behalf of their member representatives.

Senior Non-Voting Members [Limited to 10 Members]

This membership functions as a waiting list for Senior Voting Membership. These members do not have the right to vote, but in all other respects their requirements, rights, privileges and charges are the same as those of Senior Voting Members. Membership will be reclassified Senior Voting Members as vacancies occur.

Social Waiting Senior Members [ Unlimited Number]

This category of membership can be applied for only when there are no vacancies in the Senior Non-Voting Membership. When approved, these members are place on a waiting list for Senior Voting Membership. These members have unlimited use of club and pool, golfing privileges one time per month but must pay greens fees for golf and cannot play during times specifically reserved for Senior Voting Members and their guests.
