What facilities are available at the Club?
The Club facilities include an 18-hole championship golf course designed by renowned golf architect
Tom Bendelow, a practice green, several designated practice areas, a newly opened pool & pavilion area and, of course, the main clubhouse. The clubhouse consists of approximately 17,700 square feet and
includes a formal dining room, ballroom, men’s and ladies card rooms, lounge, men’s and ladies locker facilities and a golf pro shop. In addition there is a cart barn where members (for a small fee) can
store their golf carts.
Who is eligible to acquire a membership in the Club?
The Club offers membership to persons who are residents of the Temple Terrace community as
well as those whom are residents of other communities, (Seventy percent of the members entitled to vote must be residents of Temple Terrace in accordance with Club bylaw Section 1a). All prospective members
must submit a Membership Application, have an existing member endorse your membership, and be approved by the Board of Directors to be granted membership to the Club.
Will my family be entitled to use my membership privileges?
Membership entitles a member’s immediate family the same access
provided to the member with the exception of voting. A member’s immediate family includes the member’s spouse and children under the age of 23 who live at home or attend school on a full-time
basis. Other family members will be considered guests, subject to the same rules, regulations and fees as other guests.
Will my spouse be entitled to maintain my membership when I pass away?
Yes. Your spouse may maintain your current membership or choose to be
reclassified as a Social or Widow Member without the payment of any additional initiation fee, upon your passing.
Are memberships transferable?
Memberships are not transferable nor refundable. A member may resign by giving written notice of resignation
to the Secretary of the Club or office.
Will my guests be entitled to use the Club facilities?
Members in good standing will be entitled to have guest use of Club
facilities in accordance with the privileges granted by the sponsoring member’s category of membership. Guests are limited to one round of golf per month at the Club. The sponsoring member is
responsible for the deportment of, and damages caused by, his or her guests. Guests will be subject to applicable guest greens / pool entry fees as established by the Club.
